Posted on Robert Colley13/03/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was recommended to use Go Solar to help resolve an ongoing issue in optimising my solar system for exporting surplus power to the grid. Due to the poor support from both my original Solar installers and utility company we have not managed to achieve this. After our failed attempts over three years through contact with Endesa, Iberdrola and e-distribution. Jessica at Go Solar managed to do what we believed to be the impossible. With her expert knowledge Jessica navigated through the bureaucracy and achieved our goal. Keeping us regularly informed whilst each stage of the process was completed. We are so grateful for her determination to do what everyone else had failed. I would recommend and fully endorse Go Solar wholeheartedly. Thanks once again for your professionalism and friendly support. We only wish that we had used this company for our initial Solar installation.Posted on Trevor25/02/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First class workman. Efficient, polite, helpful and very professional. Highly recommend you use this company not just for their competitive prices but their professional attentionPosted on Charlotte Meuleman19/02/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are very pleased that GoSolar installed the carport with solar panels and the pool heater pump for us. From the initial consultation with Matthew to the final delivery, we give them top marks! They also arrange the licensing and the energy certification. The men who did the installation knew what they were doing, worked very neatly and were very friendly. Everything was carried out to our complete satisfaction. We can wholeheartedly recommend GoSolar!Posted on Vivien Heywood13/11/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have recently had solar panels and a pool heat pump installed by GoSolar. They were excellent. A friendly team of fitters who worked efficently and cleaned up well afterwards. All paperwork and permissions were completed by them. Which made an easy and stress free project for us. Everything is working perfectly. We would thoroughly recommend this company.Posted on David Freer11/11/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An excellent service from the initial consultation to the installation of the panels on the agreed date and time. The excellent handling of all the bureaucratic procedures and paperwork, and all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company if you are considering adding a solar system to your property.Posted on Bobby Lawrence06/11/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Frequent questions
The average useful life of a solar panel is about 25 years at above a 81% production. This long useful life together with the fact that the maintenance of the installations is very simple makes the profitability of solar energy very interesting.
This depends on the type of installation and therefore the initial investment made. If we talk about installations connected to the grid, which is the most widespread type of solar installation in homes in our country, it can be amortized in a period between 2 and 4 years.
Yes, it is possible to expand an already created solar installation. Before carrying out the expansion, it must be verified that the rest of the equipment in the installation can support a greater power of solar generation.
